Once in a while, things don’t go as planned. But then again, those same things sometimes turn into perfect little masterpieces. Notice anything a little off in these pics?

I’m part of a foursome of friends for life – a group of ladies I’ve known for 25 years and are now considered family. It’s never often enough, but when we get together, we dig deep, we share openly and we build each other up like lifelong friends do. I know that after our get-togethers, I feel happy, fulfilled and rejuvenated.

I surprised the girls by bringing my MyIntent maker kit the last time we got together. While the others thought about what they would choose for their WORD, one of the girls chose her word – STRENGTH. I got to work and happily began stamping away. I got this.
Whack! S – good.
Whack! T – good.
Whack! Whack! Whack! R-E-N – good.
Whack! T. Wait!?! What happened?
In my excitement to make this special bracelet for my friend, I didn’t double, triple, quadruple check the direction of the stamp and the T got stamped sideways. I’m thinking “start over”. My friend says, “You stamped it the wrong way, didn’t you?” She’s thinking it’s perfect and says so. I’m relieved. We’re both on the verge of crying. Not because of the crooked T, but because we both know that when she looks down at her bracelet for STRENGTH, she’ll know I put my intention into making it for her and she will be stronger.
